The error on our "Contact us & Help" page has now also been resolved and you should be able to use it again. If you still encounter an error, please send us a message to admin@lookout-spiele.de.

The pages work again. However, we additionally found an issue with our "Contact us & help" page. As it seems, we haven't received any customer messages since December 18^th. We will investigate immediately. Until further notice, please do not send us new messages, as we will simply not receive them.

Unfortunately, we currently have technical issues on our homepage. Right now, the "Replacement Parts" as well as the "Contact us & Help" pages don't work. We are investigating the issues and ask for some patience.
